3. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. For one-time packages, full payment or a significant deposit is required before work commences. For subscription services, billing occurs on a monthly or annual basis as selected at the time of purchase.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the ownership of the final deliverables (website code, graphics, etc.) will be transferred to the client. Digipronx retains the right to use the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5. Limitation of Liability
Digipronx will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits or data.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
