At Digipronx, we strive to provide high-quality digital services including website design, app development, and marketing. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on most of our service packages if you are not satisfied with the initial design concepts or progress.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a full or partial refund under the following conditions:
- Before Project Start: 100% refund if the request is made before any work has commenced on your project.
- Design Phase: 50% refund if you are not satisfied with the first set of design mockups and choose to terminate the project immediately.
- Technical Issues: Full refund if we are unable to deliver the promised service due to technical limitations on our end.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following costs are non-refundable once processed:
- Domain Name Registration fees.
- Third-party software licenses or API costs.
- Work that has been completed and approved by the client at various milestones.
- Services that have been fully delivered and launched.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@digipronx.com with your order details and the reason for the request. We will review your request within 3-5 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Razorpay) within 7-10 business days.
